Many of us may be worried about COVID-19, known as the “Coronavirus.” We may feel helpless about what will happen or what we can do to prevent further stress. When things feel uncertain or when we don’t generally feel safe, it’s normal to feel stressed.
WE are in this together, and help is always available. Should you need to speak with someone, listed below are some resources available to you.

You can reach out to Ms. Chao from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, by email: kchao@w-usd.org.
If you are feeling alone and struggling, you can also reach out to The Crisis Text Line by texting TALK to 741741 or calling 1-800-273-TALK.
Here are some additional resources:
Sequoia Youth Services: (559) 594-4969, after 5:00 pm call (559) 730-9922
Woodlake Family Resource Center: (559) 564-5212

Continue to take precautionary measures seriously and keep yourself isolated as much as possible. We all look forward to seeing you once school is back in session.

Take care,
